limited to one company per market. Prospective members must prove their
exclusivity in the market and this exclusivity will enable member
companies to fully share resources without the threat of competitors
stealing market share.

A: Benefits
of membership include educational resources, where we will
provide your company leadership with current tips and techniques on how
to increase sales and marketing, how to recruit quality candidates and
employees and business management skills.
Membership is also
exclusive and provides non-competitive networking opportunities with
member companies. It is our opinion that learning from one another by
sharing best practices is one of the easiest and most productive forms
of growing a small business. Membership in PDRG should never threaten
your share in the market and you should feel comfortable sharing your
business strategies with other independents that are just like you and
equally seeking to grow and succeed.
Finally, your membership
will give you strength to compete with the nationals. You may
already be feeling the pressure of the national franchise marketing
programs in your market, but have you thought about how you will compete
with them? Your membership in PDRG will associate you with an elite
group who will help you respond to changes in the market. PDRG will
assist you in maintaining your market share and/or realize a new target
market where your services are needed and where you can maintain higher
margins. By joining PDRG, you will also be a part of an elite group of
independent private duty providers who will seek to affiliate with
national referral sources to use our services. These national referral
programs will be designed to rival those developed by the national
companies and allow us to compete by casting a wider geographic net.

office costs $100.
